Create Construction completed a custom ground-up build in Paradise Valley for the owner of Studio Ryker. As experienced contractors in Paradise Valley, our team delivered a modern, highly detailed home with clean lines as part of the modern design.

Working alongside designer Lori Ryker, we collaborated through each stage of the build to ensure every element was aligned with her vision. From materials to structure, the entire home required thoughtful planning and execution to meet the performance, environmental, and aesthetic standards of the design.

The Outcome

This was a complex project that required thoughtful planning and creative execution to overcome technical and seasonal challenges. We navigated around heavy boulders during excavation. Winter conditions made early concrete work challenging, but we delivered a reliable foundation for the project as well as beautiful finished concrete floors.

This build featured a long, shallow-pitched roof design that required creative problem-solving to ensure the roof met sustainability and performance goals. Details were the standout feature of this custom home build. Its clean lines, corrugated metal siding, steel-wrapped windows, and wood accents demanded careful attention to every feature to ensure all parts worked together.
