Project Summary

Create Construction completed a custom ground-up build in Bozeman, MT, replacing a 1950s ranch-style home with a new residence that maintained the original foundation and mature landscaping. The Outcome

The finished home is compact, open, and exceptionally functional. Built on the original footprint, the design takes full advantage of the lot’s mature setting and existing basement structure. The home features a large kitchen that opens to the backyard, a spacious mudroom, super-insulated walls, and clean concrete flooring. Steel and wood details add both texture and durability.
