Doug Addicott has worked in the construction and facilities industries for over 25-years as a project manager, director of scheduling & planning, superintendent, and carpenter. During his time in the industry, he has managed, estimated and performed labor on various projects including custom homes, communication infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, bridges, and school facilities. He is a native Oregonian with a Construction Engineering degree from Oregon State University and has been living and working in South West Montana since 2011.

Mitch Steckmest has been working in the construction field since his high school years in Oregon. He moved to Bozeman to attend MSU in 1992 and has continued to work in construction throughout the Gallatin valley for the last 25 years. His experience is varied, as he worked his way “through the ranks” from carpenter to eventually starting his own business, Steckmest Construction, in 2006. Mitch has experience in all stages, from preconstruction through completion of both commercial and custom home projects. Mitch is a hands-on manager and builder and regardless of project size is most often onsite working with the crew. Mitch values high-quality work with an attention to detail. He spends his free time on the river or the slopes with his three apprentice carpenters Erik (9), Luke (9) and Leif (7).
